Kitty Rothschild directs all facets of CASEL’s operations, including finance, human resources, office management, and project management. An experienced business leader and strategist, Kitty transforms social impact organizations to run with efficiency and derive increased impact as they work to fulfill their mission.
Prior to CASEL, Kitty served as managing partner at ROI Ventures, a social impact strategy firm. She also enjoyed a substantial career in executive leadership positions at top advertising agencies, producing numerous award-winning commercials for major brands in multiple categories. Widely known for her extensive network and ability to build exceptional teams, she has managed funding relationships, collaborative partnerships, and projects for many Chicago-based and national organizations and funders, including: W.K. Kellogg Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Chicago Community Trust, Zell Family Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, Nobel Laureate Economist James Heckman, JB Pritzker Foundation, and more.
A Chicago native, Kitty is a graduate of Smith College and attended Interlochen Academy and Aspen Music School. She is passionate about arts and culture and her family.
