Colleen Jackson

Project Coordinator

As a member of CASEL’s operations team, Colleen works with both internal and external partners to coordinate workflows and logistics across a variety of projects. Additionally, she provides administrative support for the operations team.

Before joining CASEL, Colleen worked at After School Matters, a Chicago youth-development nonprofit that provides out-of-school time programming to Chicago Public High School teens. In her latest role, she managed the operations of the organization’s largest fundraising efforts and supported the development team with various administrative tasks. Her responsibilities included managing and tracking donor pipelines and communications, creating proposals, drafting high-level donor correspondence, and the reporting and analysis of data through Raiser’s Edge. Prior to her work in philanthropy and the nonprofit industry, Colleen performed in operas and concerts in the U.S. and Europe.

Colleen earned her master’s degree in music from the University of Northern Colorado and her bachelor’s degree in music from Florida State University.
