District Theory of Action: Aligned Resources
In order to effectively implement and sustain social and emotional learning (SEL), districts must identify the resources that will be needed now and in the future. These resources include financial and human capacity to plan, implement, and assess the impact of SEL and the material resources needed for direct implementation with students. Additional funding partners may be needed to support and sustain the district’s SEL efforts over time.
