Karen discussed CASEL’s Collaborating Districts Initiative (CDI) model, specifically how to work with districts, achieve outcomes, and support and expand the work, showing grantmakers a tangible way to invest in SEL.

  • First Book Collection

    CASEL has worked with First Book to curate and launch two special book collections about SEL. Titled “Healthy feelings and relationships,” the collections provide readers with resources and downloadable tip sheets in English and Spanish. Learn More.

  • Equity Work Group

    On October 12, CASEL, in collaboration with leaders from the Partner Districts, held the first meeting for the newly launched Equity Work Group. The goal of the group is to build relationships, establish a definition of equity, and create the resources and professional development to sustain this effort.
